去年很榮幸收到台灣賓士邀請參加2025年鐵人三項比賽 #盡百事勝天命 雖然今年是第二次參加226Km但從決定參賽那一刻時我的心情也跟著焦慮😐 只要一有時間就把握練習 游泳、單車、跑步 平常訓練過程中當天狀況如果不好.就遇到瓶頸開始焦慮。我行嗎?但遇到身體狀況好的時候成績都進步整個人的信心又開始回來.就這樣起起伏伏過了備賽期。 終於到了比賽當天.人更是焦慮.當鳴笛那一刻跳水調整泳姿後瞬間的焦慮感也都消失了! 因為比賽已經開始.穩扎穩打.步步為營進攻! 到了單車階段騎到60Km時發現左腳膝蓋快爆了.放慢配速但原則不能低於配速22Km大概在120Km後膝蓋還受得了就一路衝回T2換跑步。 姊姊 #TeresaHsu 跑陪我10Km後換母親陪跑10Km跟著我邊跑邊聊天玩樂! 從早上06:05到晚上20:26到終點。 平安順利完賽。 #20220903宜蘭梅花湖鐵人三項錦標賽 515km #20221105TWB 自行車雙塔520Km #20230318普悠瑪鐵人三項113km #20230319新北市萬金石馬拉松 #20231103TWB西三塔600Km #20231217台北馬拉松 #20240428CT鐵人三項226Km #20241215台北馬拉松 #20250426CT鐵人三項226Km
