位於中環置地廣場45樓嘅空中Fine Dining，Cristal Room by Anne Sophie Pic係由獲得最多米芝蓮星嘅法國女名廚Anne Sophie主理。在香港開業數個月即獲米芝蓮一星。 餐廳位於45樓高層眺望中環景色，餐廳內有開放式廚房，係完全同餐廳融入在一起，完全是零間距。平常在電視看到世界名廚做菜，想不到來到這裏能夠現場感受，不得不佩服他們在沒有間隔完全公開的廚房，但是你沒有聽到一點嘈吵聲音，也沒有很大油煙味。看到廚師在認真工作的模樣，準備每一道菜的心機，然後再送到枱上，也是一個很好的體驗。 對於整個午餐，我是非常滿意的，對於我來說，他們的食物份量是剛剛好。吃完也不會有吃傳統法國餐那種油膩感，再加上菜式裏面有很多香草，會有很清新的感覺。我是那種喜歡吃法國餐，但是又受不了很多牛油，所以通常吃完都會肚痾。當然這不關餐廳的問題，是我自己的腸胃受不了太油的東西。所以我特別喜歡Amber，因為他們沒有用牛油，但每一道菜都既精緻又好吃。 今次來到Cristal Room，吃了一個full set lunch menu，覺得他們無論是餐廳環境、服務、以及每一道菜都沒有挑剔的地方，特別我是女生，一定會很喜歡這間餐廳。因為由踏入餐廳開始，你會發現這裏有很多特別用心的裝潢，用嘅餐具也很漂亮，讓我有一種目不暇給的感覺。 很開心在這裏渡過一個愉快的下午。 ✨ Indulging in a heavenly dining experience at Cristal Room by Anne Sophie Pic, located on the 45th floor of Landmark in Central! 🌆 This exquisite venue is helmed by the renowned French chef Anne Sophie Pic, who holds the record for the most Michelin stars awarded to a female chef. Every aspect of the dining experience at Cristal Room—from the elegant ambiance and attentive service to the beautifully presented dishes—was impeccable.
